At 6:00 p.m. on August 29, 2024, the ceremony to award the doctoral degree in Sciences de l'Éducation et de la Formation (Education and Training Sciences) from the Lumière University Lyon 2 to Rafael Santos de Aquino took place . This is a joint doctorate carried out between the Doctoral School ED 485 EPIC - Éducation Psychologie Information Communication of the Lumière University Lyon 2 and the Postgraduate Program in Science Teaching of the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (PPGEC-UFRPE). Present were Professor Jean-Claude Régnier , representing the Lumière University Lyon 2, and Professor and Advisor of the Doctoral School, Nadja Acioly-Régnier , representing the Claude Bernard University Lyon 1. Also present were Professor Ana Maria dos Anjos Carneiro Leão , advisor of the PPGEC-UFRPE, and Monica Lopes Folena Araujo , coordinator of the PPGEC-UFRPE. The ceremony took place in the CEGOE amphitheater at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, Recife, Brazil, at the conclusion and closing of the 7th international interdisciplinary interinstitutional doctoral seminar IDI7 – Interculturality, Didactics, Interactions.
