I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the start of activities in 2017.1.
Although many of you have been with us for some time, there are always questions regarding the possibility of changing your enrollment, that is, adding or canceling subjects.
UFRPE allows enrollment modifications during the ADJUSTMENT PERIOD, when SIG@ is open to the Coordinations. In 2017.1, this will occur between March 27 and 29, that is, from Monday to Tuesday of next week.
Thus:
- Please widely disseminate this message and the attached document among the students;
- I am attaching a request form in .docx format;
- Send it to the email address coordenacao.pge@ufrpe.br, with a copy to me (ana.maria.ppgec@gmail.com);
- Wait for a confirmation of receipt.
Resolution 16/2014 also provides the possibility of freezing subjects, but up to 25% of the total course load. Our Program requires approval from the advisor in these cases.
[A suggestion... whenever possible, before making any written and signed request, please talk to your advisor. It is a good way to establish connections and avoid miscommunication.]
