GRADUATE PROGRAM IN SCIENCE TEACHING MASTER'S/DOCTORATE

WELCOME MESSAGE!

Dear student,

We hope you are doing well at this moment. We are going through difficult times, and the pandemic affects us in many ways. This period is teaching us to live with uncertainty and unpredictability, perhaps helping us to be more cautious and attentive to change.

Pain and loss are important teachers, just like affection, kindness, and supportFeel welcomed and be part of the PPGEC academic space!

For those starting the program, the introductory courses will guide you in exploring the field of research in science and mathematics education, shedding light on the foundation where you will develop your research project.

For those continuing their journey, this is a time to dedicate yourselves, deepen your knowledge, strengthen collaborations, and advance in your research work, using the course as a space for both personal and collective growthRemember that your presence is also crucial for the growth of your colleagues and professors.

We anticipate that there may be technical and operational limitations that could interfere with social interactions mediated by technology. However, stay calm and confident, and together we will overcome this challenge.

If you are unable to successfully complete a course, do not despair. Our initial agreement already acknowledges this uncertainty. Any failures or withdrawals will not be recorded in your academic history.

Open communication and information flow are essential. Therefore, if you face any difficulties in completing the semester, please inform your professor and the coordination. We will understand and support you.

Stay tuned to the updates on the PPGEC website, WhatsApp groups, and Instagram, as these are our main communication channels.

We wish you a journey filled with shared learning and growth!
