Following the PPGEC 2017.1 Seminar series, on June 13, at 8:30 AM, in Room 1 B of PPGEC, we will have the presence of Prof. Dr. Cae Rodrigues, with the topic "Ecophenomenology and the Bodily Turn."
The recommended readings are attached.
Two basic texts have been proposed. The first reading covers pages 73-82 of the book chapter Theories of Leisure: Contributions from Phenomenology. Although the text is directed towards leisure theories, the initial pages (highlighted above) form a very didactic text on some elementary phenomenological concepts, including the concept of body, time, space, speech, and motricity for Merleau-Ponty – key concepts for the seminar.
The second text is an article by Michèle Sato on ecophenomenology, published last year in REMEA.
